In- Nature Therapy takes place outdoors at a privately shared location in Squamish BC

We will walk, stroll or sit in casual semi-private scenic locations, likely along the riverside.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Please come prepared with comfortable footwear and plenty of layers for the changing environment. It is essential to wear good shoes. It is also a good idea to bring a water bottle, a hat, sunscreen, and any gear that helps you be in nature peacefully.
