You don’t have to fight your body to find peace.

If you're struggling with food, your body, or overwhelming thoughts around eating, you're not alone — and you're not broken. Whether you're in the middle of an eating disorder, feeling stuck in disordered eating patterns, or just exhausted from the war with your body, therapy can help.

I work with teens (15+) and adults using a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, which means I believe that healing is possible at any size — and that your worth is never defined by your weight, shape, or what you eat. Together, we’ll gently explore the deeper layers behind your relationship with food and your body, with compassion and without shame.

You don’t need to be “sick enough” to deserve support. If food rules your day, if body image is taking up too much space in your mind, or if you're stuck in a cycle of guilt and control, you're in the right place.

My work blends talk therapy with somatic approaches, parts work (Internal Family Systems/IFS), and Intuitive eating principles. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe — focusing on reconnecting you with your body’s cues, processing emotions in a supportive way, and building a relationship with food that’s rooted in trust rather than fear.

You deserve freedom. Let’s work together toward a life where food is just food, and your body is no longer the battleground.
